Exchanges

If you receive a damaged item, please contact customer service immediately at info@theklassykollection.com.

  • Provide pictures of damaged or defective items with in 24 hours. This would be needed in cases to process claims. 
  • Approved claims will receive confirmation email detailing the availability of the item(s) and its shipping status.
