- We are not responsible for items lost in the mail so please confirm your shipping address before ordering.
- Due to all items being handmade, at this time all sales are final.

Exchanges
If you receive a damaged item, please contact customer service immediately at info@theklassykollection.com.
- Provide pictures of damaged or defective items with in 24 hours. This would be needed in cases to process claims.
- Approved claims will receive confirmation email detailing the availability of the item(s) and its shipping status.
